I've used them many times on my listings. $25 a pop for a year thru Listing Promoter. I don't get the sign rider but instead put in on all my flyers and link it on Realtor.com and all my other viral ads that I can manipulate. The sellers really like the fact that it generates stats that I can send to them. They have also used it to make flyers too or email to send to friends. To me, its worth the $25 and it bring great results for the search engines.
