No one will give you their pricing at the forum. And you'll hear the prase "use the search feature" and "read through old posts" a lot when you ask these types of questions.
Use HUD pricing first, then work out what you think is fair and reasonable to yourself and to the client for the services that are not already on HUD's cost allowances. Allowances will vary from state to state and so will pricing for other services.

Thank you, But I think I asked that wrong? Do you include an itemize list in a application to a company. thanks

We have worked for Cyprexx for over a year now and they continue to surprise us. We do things by-the-book, take pride in our work and do better jobs than many vendors in our area - yet we feel constantly beat down by these people. The coordinators do not trust or respect the vendors and they don't hesitate to show it. We know that there are unscrupulous vendors out there, but to treat everyone that way is discouraging. They seem to be firing a lot of their own people recently, not sure what that is all about.
Our experience has been that the smaller REO companies are better to work for in terms of the people, but the work is less steady.

seven weeks is less than 60 days, which isn't all that bad. like I said, better than most.

Our experience has been that the smaller REO companies are better to work for in terms of the people, but the work is less steady. unfortunately, that's a common characteristic of the national PP companies, as well as some of the national asset managers. small operators just don't get the respect because they lack power and connections.

Hi,
How long did it take for you to get work once you signed up with Cyprexx. If you don't mind sharing that information.
Thanks, Ladyshay

Depends on the area of the State your coverage is and how many contractors/vendors there are in your area. Cyprexx changes their coordinators often and that will have a big impact on the amount, if any, work you may get assigned to you.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
