Almost all brokerages welcome new agents (they are, after all, great for hosting open houses and doing floor time). Some agencies are better than others when it comes to mentoring and training newbies.
Getting a license is only the start of your journey. You sort of know the parameters of real estate law, and you will now begin to learn the specifics. What you don't know yet, though, is how to make a living in real estate. At first, you may not bring much business to the table (there are exceptions, of course), so you need to affiliate with a brokerage that has a plan to help you cultivate your own business base.
