br_sd0719 Member Registered: 03/26/08 Posts: 52 Loc: SoCal	Ive done about 3 for them in the last 6 months, all at $30 only because they were super close. They pay about 45 days. Also, just recently got the email about getting certified with NVSI in order to get REO assignments from them.
