Just to warn you this is a vague question but here it goes...
I want to be a real estate agent that specializes in selling and other services related to apartement buildings(10 units plus)and other commercial buildings. I am young and in college currently taking a real estate appraisal class, I want to get a property management course under my belt as well to get a understanding of R.E before I enter into the sales part of the business. Can anyone give me any ideas or advice in how I may work my way closer to my goal? This is a very rough question but I have faith in this forum. Thank you in advance.
