Do most of you that are broker/owner offices carry CGL insurance? Just purchased agency and deciding if I should purchase. E&O is a definite but curious about CGL.

I have a BOP (Business Owners Policy) plus my Umbrella Liability Policy at $2,000,000 for any additional Personal Exposure.

If you have a physical location people use then MAYBE.

For me I don't have it but my brokerage is virtual. I have a physical office in my home but I won't be suing myself! smile

All my agents work on the road or out of their homes etc.

I have GCL. It's basically a business owners policy. I think for the price, its a good enhancement for the business and it definitly covers a lot of stuff.
Several new clients I've signed up with recently haved asked if I have a policy.
