I received a commercial bpo solicitation on a multi family for 200 bucks and I missed it. I blame xmas. The fee is a big step up from residential but from I've heard it's still below avg for commercial. But besides that, I've been studying this side of Real Estate for the past 6 months and I missed an opportunity to put it to practice. Oh well.
