Part of my frustration with renting properties is trying to find out what the "comps" or comparable Rental Rates are in a specific area. With that said, we launched:

We analyze over 500,000 active rentals daily for our current rental rates and over 7,000,000 listings for the historical rates.

We have data on over 4,000 US cities. For example, take a look at the rental rates in the Phoenix Area
