The official AgentsOnline.net Twitter account is up and running at http://twitter.com/agentson . You check there for service updates and other happenings concerning the forums.

I don't know if there is any value in embedding the Twitter feed on the forums itself - I guess it depends on what kind of tweets we send and receive.

Any thoughts on that?

I would just ignore the feed. LOL

I have come to see Twitter's value and use it daily for other interests. Twitter has a pretty good search which can let one know what other people are thinking about subjects of interest almost instantly. Twitter is a bit like the forum in one way as people are very giving with their time and expertise on Twitter. In some ways it hearkens back to the early internet although I am sure that will change once they start looking for ways to monetize the service.

I have begun tweeting select threads on a regular basis and this makes these threads available to those searching the subjects on Twitter. I think that members here may also want follow us on Twitter just to be informed of some interesting threads that they want to read on days that they don't have time to really sift through all of the new threads that are started each day.

All one has to do to find us on Twitter and begin following is to click on the Twitter graphic near the top of most forum pages.

If anyone thinks a thread should be "tweeted", voting for the thread using "Rate this topic" is one way to make me aware that the thread deserves attention. Another way is to send me a PM.
