...I agree with realboots. I think that was a resnet thing more than anything. Other forums are posting their area managers asked them to hold off until they get further information on the benefits, if any, for upping membership.

The territory manager for my area told me that Titanium would do REOs...that was 2 yrs ago. I asked him how the REO would be assigned....who would do the assigning...he told me he would do the assigning. The territory manager is also a RE Broker....what are my chances of getting listings if he too is a broker?

There are a lot of agents that have gone out after dark and knocked on strangers doors, not once but several. Listened and coached homeowners on choices/ the market/ helping them with paperwork/ warm transfers for very little money to help homeowners and the hopes of getting Short Sale and the coming REO listings. I really hope they take care of the agents that have been working for them that don't have reo experience and that might spend money on resnet in hopes of these reo listings.

I agree wholeheartedly. We have told newer (at least to REO) agents here that if they put forth the effort the work will come. I hope this opens a previously closed door for a lot of agents out there who did do the work. Would love to hear of just such a success.
Best of luck to all those angents out there who fit this profile, and best wishes for their future success. smile yay

Did you get the revised letter today? I wouldn't sign up for res.net until they tell you that you have been approved for the REO division. That is still to come.

I just recently signed up and didn't get the original survey. The one they directed me to now was just basic contact info. Was the previous survey more detailed?

My experience with Titanium was brief. I got a warm transfer by telephone. The HO mentioned that she was already in the process of modifing and she already had 3 different companies/agents already calling her requesting the same info. The other 2 I left the 3 letters, no contact. I was very uncomfortable cold calling by phone and by door. Overall, I was paid for the 3 cases.

You can certainly do a BPO in one hour and make 50 sitting in your office chair.

Did you get the new survey last night? And were you able to open it? When I click on the link it takes me to Microsoft Office Web Access and has a login. The login for Titanium isn't working.

Just my two cents on this company....I won't be doing anymore FDCPA assignments. The whole debt collector thing just doesn't sit well with me. The approach of "I'm here to help...." along with "Any information you provide...." just doesn't jive. I door knock short sales on my own without that crud and it just feels more sincere and genuine when you aren't spewing off FDCPA crud. Oh yea, I get paid better, too.

I agree that once we do the Mini Miranda thing.......we've lost them! They don't want to talk to us anymore. And can we blame them?

Me too, in Southern California. Is it worth spending the money on?

Got mine yesterday as well. Looks like they want $450 to sign up with RES, and 2 default classes at $249 each.....lots of upfront for a Maybe. I know it states that the regular lower priced membership is ok, but encourages the AMP.
