I personally think these assignments are easy...yes, you may have to make 3 attempts at contact, but I usually have good luck making contact on the first or second visit. I also limited my zip codes to those which are closest to my office, and I don't accept any assignments in areas that I wouldn't want to be caught in after dark.

I received an email from my Titanium area manager asking for assistance in Ohio. If you are in Ohio and are thinking of joining Titanium to position yourself to receive REO assignments from Excellen, this may be your opportunity. Below are the different cities and zip codes. PM me with your contact info so I can forward it to the Titanium Manager. Good luck.

OK, just got another Titanium assignment but this is one is different from the Wells Fargo and B of A HRC assigments I've done in the past.
This one is from Wachovia and it's a survey that the client has to fill out. They were approved for a loan mod a while back, started making payments, and have defaulted on the new mortgage payments. The bank wants to know why they defaulted on the loan mod, their current financial status and their intentions with the home.
After you default on a loan mod, we all know what comes next. This may be the start of something here.

Has anyone had these leads lead to a listing? Or even let you help them submit their package? I got my first assignment a couple days ago. I went to the house, borrower was home and said he already submitted everything he needed to. I imagine the majority of the assignments would be similar to this. What results have you had?

I can only speak for me.....but for me most of my assignments have been similar to yours, sacRE. I have never had one turn into a listing. I have had a few instances when I have had paperwork to turn in for borrower, etc. But no listings. I still work for them, though. It's really simple, straightforward work and adds to my bottom line.

"If you want to get substantially more from your RES.NET experience, including more comprehensive exposure in the RES.NET Agent Data Base, also select the Accelerated Management Platform (AMP). Excellen REO has indicated that AMP agents will receive assignment priority." I've already paid the $250 and now they want $450 more for AMP, because Excellen has indicated that AMP members will have priorty for listings. Damn!
