has anyone actual received an REO order from them? They are supposed to open a REO Dept within the next year. That's the only reason I signed with them. And maybe to get a few Short Sales, which I have NOT! I was told back on 07 that they will get REO on the following year (meaning 08) and nothing happen....I stop working for them, because I didn't have the time and I focus on my REO business, now my Broker advise to get back and I still thinking about it, supposedly to get Short sales listing.

Titanium Holdings launched a new asset management company for real-estate owned (REO) property, Excellen REO.
They’ve been planning the launch since November when they hired Cary Sternberg as president of Excellen REO in November to begin recruiting asset managers for the potential 33,000 assets and to develop a network of as many as 1,200 REO agents, local eviction attorneys and property preservation companies…
Titanium Holdings is the parent company of Titanium Solutions, a loss-mitigation services provider. In September, Freddie Mac contracted Titanium Solutions to visit homes of delinquent borrowers and retrieve missing information and documentation necessary to enter the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). Titanium Holdings
Under HAMP, the US Treasury Department allocates capped incentives to servicers for the modification of loans on the verge of foreclosure. Last week, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) reported the two government-sponsored enterprises, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, completed 405,000 HAMP trials. It’s another sign of mortgage servicing companies trying to get in on both sides of the foreclosure pipeline. Now, if Titanium cannot hunt down a borrower for HAMP, its subsidiary, Excellen REO can sell the home after foreclosure.
“We have assembled a staff that leverages decades of experience in REO management and key business partners across the country,” Sternberg said. “Titanium Holdings has created a formidable reputation in the industry and I look forward to garnering that same level of trust for Excellen REO.”

Anyone know how to get on their list. I'm in Maine.

Looking for more REO work; I have not seen another post on here about Exellen REO, but a huge announcement was made on Friday. Exellen REO is a sister company of Titanium Solutions and they are going to build their REO cadre of brokers by utilizing Home Retention Consultants that are licensed real estate agents, have performed well for Titanium Solutions and have loss mitigation, short sale and REO experience. You need to be part of the Titanium Solutions HRC group, to be eligible to be considered for work as an REO broker for Excellen REO. Here is where I had received my info from http://www.housingwire.com/2009/11/03/titanium-solutions-jumps-into-reo-space/

I just received the Excellen REO Survey via email. Apparently this survey establishes eligability. No mention of courses.
