I believe a lot of us have dealings with them. What specifically are you wanting to know?

I have nothing but good things to say about Titanium Solutions. Some assignments can be a pain--for example: when you can't make contact with the borrower the first time around, then you have to try to make a second, and a third attempt, and receive just 30 dollars. My assignments are never more than a 15 minute drive, so i supposed thats not too bad.

However, often (at least fifty percent of the time) I've been able to make contact with the borrower on the first attempt, and conduct a warm transfer and have it all wrapped up in 15 minutes. Thats $45 for doing nothing more than sitting with the person and dialing a number.

It beats working at the warehouse for 7 bucks/hour.

Depending on how fast you can complete assignments, you may be receiving 6 or more per week. The $150 registration fee (and the quicky hour and a half online training) are worth the investment.

Let me know if you have any other questions concerning TS as they have a ton of work flow coming in every week due to their relationships with BoA, Fannie Mae, and Wells Fargo.

Regards,

Daniel Alvarez

i have nothing bad to say about them, but beaware that they want you to contact the borrows min 3 attepmts and 2 of the attempts must be after 5pm or on weekends.

so if you have other committments, ie., family/childcare that may be something to consider.

didnt work for me with my other business/family committments.

something to consider before paying the fee.

If you can't find a higher ROI per hour than titanium then you are doing it wrong.

You could go to local banks and CUT OUT titanium to perform services for full price instead of the peanuts titanium pays.

The more middleman types you can eliminate the more you will make.

I don't know about that super, since Titanium got the Freddie contract, I've been pretty busy with them. This month's check is over $2K.

I had a few good experiences with them, was able to help some people keep their homes. As I was getting busier, they changed the rules, or perhaps realized they failed to do it all along, and we were told to give the mini-miranda. This miranda as they called it was to say we were debt collectors and anything we were told would be passed along to a lender. I have gone through life knowing their are certain professions I would never do. Debt collector is one of those. I was happy in my ignorance of helping people, not knowing I was a low life debt collector. Getting busier doing BPO's and REO's made it easier to bid them adieu!

Get a lot from them, wish I were on the receiving end of some of the deals the mortgage companies are offering ........Sad thing is most home-owners don't answer......I feel like Ed McMann bringing the big Publishers Clearing House Check, then owners don't answer the door. When I look over some of the offers, kinda makes you want to stop paying the mortgage and get a piece of the bailout!

I've been doing about 4 assignments per month for them, with the hope of getting a few Short Sales. The only reason I signed with Titanium was because my rep told me they were going to open up a REO dept. in a year. I sure hope this is true.

I also signed up in order to do short sales. Although I don't mind working for them, I quickly realized that the chances of obtaining short sale business is slim. Is anyone having success listing short sales?

BE VERY CAREFUL, I too worked for Titanium. As a licensed agent you can act as an agent only under your E&O insurance. Reading the miranda and working as a debt collector, not an agent, YOU HAVE NO E&O! Period. You are not protected at all. For me, after having an occupant get an attorney, only to find out I had no protection, was not worth $35.
