Im an investor like most people here on this site. And I don't know about you but when it comes to getting bids on projects I don't like calling 10 different people to get 10 different bids. So a light bulb went off and that's when I created www (dot) bidhomeprojects (dot) com . This site allows Providers to put bids on and to where anyone can see. So fellow agentsonline.net feel free to check out the site and post projects up or give this site to your clients. Please help me help investors like you! Also give me your thoughts/comments. thanks
I see it has gained some traction too, so promoting it must not be a problem.
Have you experimented with leaving the bid price hidden and maybe saying "submitted" instead? If bidders don't see each other's numbers you may get interesting results (one way or another)
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
