I have gotten emails but also phone calls as well. The phone calls are always automated so I just hang up. I ,too, have sent them straight to spam which is deleted immediately =)

YA just pay them 199.00 and see what happens. Just kidding. I actually received a few today, but I would not pay that much for one of these companies. I only pay a few bucks a month.

All you have to do to get them to stop is pay them $199. . So quit complaining. And then you will never hear from them again!

So does anybody know if LAMCO is truly in need of additional agents due to anticipated volume from a new client **OR** are they in need of registration fees due to loss of client(s)?

I paid it and got an interior that they said "might turn into an assignment" We'll see on that one. I sure hope so as it's a nice house. And I had to turn down a $100 rush as I was on vacation. So a couple more orders and I break even.

Well I did pay the $199 and I just got my 1st assignment after being signed up for 3 yrs. You just never know! Keep us posted. I've had a number of assignments from them that were conveniently "pulled for auction" after all the pre-marketing services were complete (I re-keyed, trashed out, did the BPO, etc). It was a standard tactic they used at the time. I'm curious to see if that's still what they're up to. Well....sort of. I never had to pay for the pleasure so I guess it's a slightly different tactic if, instead of them getting you to do the work for free, they're getting you to pay them for the honor of it all.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
