I am researching real-estate specific web site options and am looking at Studio Agent - they are running a $30/month special that so far seems to be one of the most competitive rates out there for an SEO-optimized lead capturing site. Their gallery of sites looks impressive but...that's marketing for ya. Anyone ever use them before?

Just a heads up - I clicked on a couple of sites in their Gallery and the sites are by no means "SEO optimized". Their site says "search engine friendly" not "SEO optimized". That is template company bafflegab for "we have meta tags".

In this case, their description meta tag, Keyword meta tag, and page title tag are all virtually identical identical - just the same comma separated list of keywords. This is barely "search engine friendly" and a far cry from "SEO optimized".
