i see you have 2846 posts which means you have spent a fair amount of time looking at this forum. Here is my specific question. What other forums do you read and why do you read those forums instead of this one?

Im a Licensed agent so I participate in many forums. Some forums my name is present, others not. It really depends on what you are looking for.

www.trulia.com has a question section. I answer questions on that one for my area whey they come up.

www.activerain.com has alot of info that I learn from. Its a blog site though.

This site is one of my favorites. Ive been a member for a many years now. I learned alot here, espicially in the REO business. I talk to quite a few members from the forum offline and in via the phone. Its a networking tool and a resourse.

One other thing. If you want talk to an agent in North Carolina about you plight, I can shoot you a private message with his name, number, website. Im not sure how close he is to Charlotte, but he is alot closer than I am. He's a long term member here also.
