I am looking to sign up for companies looking for commercial BPO's. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I guess I'd start by doing a search using "Commercial BPO" and have a note pad handy.

I do commercial bpo's. Mainly just a handful of companies offer them because commercial properties are valued much differently than residential ones.

You also really need Loopnet and Costar to get the comps to value these projects as your local mls will have small commercial stuff but not what you need completely.

If someone is just getting started with learning commercial, would you recommend one over the other? Or would you say that both Loopnet and Costar are needed together?

You really need both but can get by with the search packages together for about 125.00 a month. When you get listings and need other data combined they will run about 500 a month for both.

Ok thanks. I'll have to budget for that in the spring.
