Im not sure what is going on but this time last year I had 45 snow plows with FAS. I currently have 12 and have been begging for more. I am in the West Michigan area. They all say that Ive always done a great job. Ive been told they just dont have that many properties??

Anyone work for Safegaurd? At least they have the Fannie Mae contract...I would think those vendors would be busier.

Anyway, I will keep beating the bushes to drum up more work. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

BTW - If you need anyone to cover snow plows in the West MI area let me know...Ive been doing this for over 4yrs. I do all of my own work.

i have posted a similar question on the minnesota side. (work orders on Hold) earlier with very few results. I work with quite a few vendors and we an A rated company. There has to be a hold up somewhere along the lines with these properties as the rates go up and more houses out there but there is a hold somewhere.
