These people may be willing to pass some of the time of day with you under current Market conditions.
Why not bundle up some nice Listed Parcels of Land that might be good Candidates for future Sub-Division and go visit your local Developers/Builders to see what their outlook for the future is; what their current inventories are (completed, underway, stalled, undeveloped sites, unstarted); when they might be interested in considering new projects . . . . and, of course, Could they use your help selling what they've already built?
Worst case scenario: you'll be more educated in the local building economy.
