We're finally getting a proper IDX up and running here in the Great Toronto Area (although the launch has of course been delayed again) and I'm trying to get a bit of a jump on things and have a few sites created. The listings of course are missing at the moment, but if anyone wanted to give a little feedback on the rest that would be great!

Looks great. You do have a lot of Google Ads on the homepage however. Not sure if all those help or hurt the look.
