Hello everyone! I'm a newbie to Agentsonline. I am a Real Estate Broker/Investor in the Indianapolis area. I currently work exclusively with local Investors. For some time now I have been on the search for good sources of Bulk REO portfolios. I finally found one and recently closed on several Indianapolis properties. Reveived General Warranty Deeds at closing YEAH!! Anyway, I plan on receiving more Tapes, from my "Good" source, in the very near future. I can typically pick and choose what areas I am interested in. Unfortunately my only current interest, right now, is Indiana. What I want to do is form relationships with other Brokers/Investors outside of Indiana that I can share these portfolios with.

Investing in property is the best opportunity to meet high profit. A professional inspection is to be performed even if the investor is experienced in foreclosure deals.
