I just go on with Fannie Mae as a direct listing agent. Can anyone advise me if the account stays with the brokerage if I ever leave or if it will follow me? Fannie Mae has me as the contact and the listings come directly to me as well as the login is my password not my brokers. Should the listing go directly to the broker or to me like they are?

Lucky you. I just got all of mine taken away last week because the out-sourcer was changed for the state! All of my work down the tube! How did you sign on as a Fannie mae agent? I tried to find it & couldn't on the web site.
