Has anyone experienced any benefits with Tazaville? I signed up for the free period and see it as a platform that needs a lot of work. I'm going to be canceling before the initial free month period. Mostly this is because I believe the website has a LONG way to go. I honestly believe my simple system works for my 100+ REO pipeline far better than Taza by a long shot, and there's no fee smile Does anyone else see this platform as being useless or too far in its infant stage to be helpful as of now? I don't mean to bad mouth, but the monthly fee is WAY too high for what is offered in my opinion.

Maybe I'm too late to the game or not using it correctly. I know Taza has a good reputation so I'm not trying to drag their name in the mud. Maybe if someone out there has had good fortune, I'll reconsider.

I use ebrokerhouse. For the money, it's much more cost effective. It helps me to stay in touch with reimbursements, inventory, property management, etc. Plus the developer is really a nice guy who is always available for suggests and comments.

Tazaville is a new platform for REO/BPO assignments. Just thought I'd clear that up. I'm not asking about the back office program.

I just cancelled my subscription. May sign up again if they start assigning but I am not willing to pay $100 per month while they try to get their business off the ground. I have an issue with monthly fees if they do not have anything in my area already.

Taza 360 is the platform you use to accept REO & BPO orders.

OK after 3 months of paying $99 per month I cancelled by Taza 360. I was hoping to get at least 2 BPO's per month to pay for the fees. I didn't receive 1 BPO. What a crock of BS.

Bump. Any updates on TAZA REO? One of my clients is going to run their BPO’s through the TAZA platform so they signed me up for limited use at no charge. As part of the signup process, I had to submit a demonstration bpo that becomes part of my profile on the site. What a pain. Their bpo program is one of the most tedious and time consuming forms that I have ever done. It’s real hard to make money when it takes over an hour to fill out their form. But to the point, has anyone ever received any bpo work or listings from them?

I dont not care for the taza system. I originally signed up for the free trial and that was a waste of time. I felt like I spent 2 days signing up an all 30 differnt registrations.

Completed my first BPO on TAZA last night and it was a nightmare!
The system is totally cumbersome and takes forever.

Each property (subject, sale comps, listing comps) is on a completely separate page so you don't have the benefit of copy/paste. Because you can't see the listings side-by-side, You lose the ability to view data previously entered without completely exiting the current property record and accessing a different property record and then going back into the original record.

If you've got a client base established...stick with it. This one is for newbies to get some practice for sure!

lots of tabs you need to click and fill out for their bpos. Also you need to send them an invoice for each one or they do not pay you.

When you are given detailed (very detailed) directions on how to register, that's a sign.

ok got a call back after signing into the TAZA site. They want me to give them 15 minutes phone interview. huh? if they get to complicated or if they charge me, which apparantely is the case as stated in this forum, then good luck to them. NO need to pay for getting BPO's that is rediculous. will post after "the phone interview" ;-)

I took therir online training about 2 months ago. I have repeatly called and emailed the person who letd the seminar and was supposted to immediatly repond to calls or emails and have not heard a word from him. I'm thinking it is just another way to take the agent money...although I have not paid them anything.
