Anybody have a checklist for typical (yes, I know that typical usually doesn't apply) Trash out / Initial Clean / Initial Yard Work jobs the are willing to share?

My hard drive crashed this week so I don't have access to the usual checklist that I used to work off. So, I figured the next best thing would be an actual broker sign-off form that we (agents) need to complete. It should give you a little guidance.

One thing that it doesn't cover is smoke & strap and hazardous material removal. They are factors that are important to address here in California and are constantly overlooked.
