Any ideas if we might see 203K coming back to investors? Are there any other government loans for investors buying foreclosures?

Not something that appears to be an option any time soon. Fannie Mae Homestyle allows investors though.

VA owned ( vendee financing) will finance to investos also. Some select REO companies will also, NVL in Texas comes to mine.
