Long story short. I received my second REO listing, subject was fully occupied, a 3 units properties, took me 1 1/2 to take the tenants out, finally last sunday the last tenant left and by Monday i received an email from the AM saying that due to CFK delay they have move the listing to another agent

I emailed her right away and she reply back saying that was not her decision, was the eviction department who made the request due to my delay and not keeping them posted daily. Is this usual on the REo world???

Yeah... I had a listing pulled after the CFK, cleanup, rekey, winterization, initial BPO and appraisal were all completed.
But then I had reassignments with not a penny of expenses which sold in a day to a buyer that was watching the property or even put offers in with a previous agent.
I dont worry about an individual property being reassigned as much as i worry about the relationship with the company.

You don't need a company like that. Tell them "Please stay away from me!"

I was thinking to stop working for them but thats the only REO company as assigned me a listing. I am on NJ like you, on North Jersey and we know the area is dominated by NJREO ( Ralph ), Tina Cernuda, Patrix Fox and Donald Fanelli.

if you're not careful, some of the servicers will reassign listings in a heartbeat.
