Momday mornings are typically slow for me. Its the beginning of the month. By midweek you probably will be up to your eyeballs in reports due. Enjoy the clam before the storm.

Today, I got 5 from non-credible companies that I am not going to do anything for. There subject lines always seem like complete desperation. So therefore today, I've received no business. I guess there is always tommorow. Does anyone get a lot of volume from LSI. On the bright hand side, Tracy Chapman was just on the radio, so not all is lost. The script is playing now so at least I can enjoy the time that I'm wasting.

I hit that number with EML this last two weeks, but it was them and them only. I did not do any orders for other providers the last couple of weeks......they are slow today. I only have two from them...grabbed one from MSV...

EML has been posting stuff, but its a ways out...30-40 miles, not that hungry yet. I would like to have a helper or two. I would approach this all together differently if I did.

smg

Back in the old days I would pull orders run out and take pix, stay up to 2am doing ht eorders then repeat....didnt have much of a life but I was doing pretty good. My partner in real estate investing kept telling me "hire people to help and you will double what you are doing now" I didnt listen to him for a longggg time, but once I began hring people to help , my BPO business doubled AND it gave me more time for my REO and Real Estate investments...wished I listened to him earlier. I look at this as BIG business now...I have no no idea where we rank vis a vis other AZ Bpo-teams , but I imagine we are up there. The very fact that I am typing this reply and not sloggin away at orders is the result of hiring people...if you are going to take your BPO biz to the next level..u need to get some good helpers. IMHO

My biweekly checks for EML are usually right around $ 3,000, sometimes more. But I work almost exclusively for EML, I take orders with other companies here and there if EML is slow.

I don't have any helpers, I take my own pictures and put everything in myself and I still have a life. Most of my orders are in the same area though, so I have 10 or 12 orders within a few miles.

I am up to 4 orders now, 2 rush.

Hopefully it will continue!

LOL! Same here! I get really antsy when I have reached my limit and there are still a lot of orders. That's when I start regretting that I took the ones way out in East Mesa, should have left them to theghosthorse crazy whistle

A weekly income of $1,500 a week doing BPOs FT is definitely realistic, and after a period of time will seem like an underachievement. I am very impressed that you are making that kind of money via one company. You must have a high acceptance limit, or perhaps not one at all, as many are capped after 2,5,7,10, 15 etc in their queue at any given time.

While I am doing just as well doing everything myself like you, I have that kind of income stream with several companies and not just one. It’s too scary to put too many eggs in one basket.

Very nice job tho, congrats!

Thanks! I appreciate your kind comments.

I have a limit of 15. On days like this I worry about putting all my eggs in one basket but on the other hand, EML has been really great to work with, I rarely have any QC issues with them which really cuts down on the time I spend on each order. Although I have gotten quite a few of those reconciliation order reviews lately.

I get orders from other companies but usually I am just so busy with EML that I don't have the time to check other websites for available orders or even check my email. Although I am sometimes annoyed with the constant click, click, click I really like the Find Work feature at EML.

I ain't going to Glendale, Ghosthorse! cool

I got one in Scottsdale, 1 in South Phoenix and 2 in Mesa. I mostly work in Maricopa but desperate times call for desperate messures. After clicking all morning and not getting anything I probably would have started to accept Glendale soon.

I am sure tomorrow we'll be slammed again!

Just grabbed 3 more from an unnamed source.

Theres a reason why I get so many orders and it aint because of my good looks and charm. Heres an example.

Last nite (around 5pm AZ time) I got 7 rush orders (yes I know it was Sunday)from my largest client. What did I do? Did I sit around and watch the end of the football game I was watching...nope (anyways the Giants were on the early game). I ran out before the sun set took the pix and got them orders in about 3 hours after I recevied them.

Who do you think that client is going to ask to do rush orders for them next time they get them? Some new BPOer or MOI ????

It might SEEM like bragging to some but I have worked my [censored] off to get where I am today....and my next goal is to double my exisitng business by the end of 2010....we'll see....

I don't think your braggin, just spewing. You've made more posts today than most of us need to see. If you're so busy with orders maybe you better get working. Spare us- we don't care what you got going on or say you do.

Kind of how I am feeling. Tpically, Monday is my slowest day and I putz around the house....but now after seeing tht today is a bit slower, I may grab some in areas that I typically would not go to...I am not certain what or if I have a limit....I have seen times where I have 15 in QC and ten in my queue...

Sunnier climate is right. Today was one of the first days with sun - after 8 days of raining on and off. Thanks for the posts - I like hearing how other agents work their business. I am with Call Today - the only bpos or cmas I do are for companies that give me listings - or could give me listings. It has worked - I have picked up 2 more companies this year that I now list for and since my other companies are slow - I am even with where I was last year. Might have to reconsider the bpo only side though - we can not get sheriff's deeds here so all the stuff I have in contract is on hold til they file - I have had to resell three of them cuz the buyers won't wait for the deed. BPOs seem a lot more dependable at the moment.
