I would also suggest you post in the REO, BPO and Foreclosure forum - in short sale threads, and be informative about the short sale process, rather the hawking your wares.

I am curious though, are you an attorney, in Michigan or any other state? You state, and I quote; "Our attorneys also take all the liability from you.". I think hat is a pretty bold statement, I'm just wondering if your business is big enough to be able to back that up?

I've been away for a short period due to losing my password. I couldn't even get the temporary passwords sent to me to work for some strange reason. Today, I finally found my original password and I just noticed this old thread. I'm glad to see that we now have a new short sale board to share and learn from. A huge thank you to Pine and all those involved in making this happen.
