Are they faxing the MLS sheets to the virtual asst for data entry?

I have done this before with family members and other agents in our office who where slow at the time. The key here is knowing your market extremely well and checking the individual BPO company for there requirements.

I don't see anything wrong with simply taking pictures.

Okay. This one gets my 2 cents...

I hate it when agents send other people for photos. My most favorite calls...



'The property you did a BPO on my client says it should be a blue house.' They respond 'Well wasn't it?'

'Can you tell me how you determined it was the right house without an address verification?' Response 'Well let me get you to my assistant, they took the photos'

'Can you tell me why you didn't notice the giagantic hole on the roof' Response: 'I thought it was just the shade of the trees in the photos'

'Is there a reason you didn't go into the basement and notice it has 5 inches of water?' Response: 'My assistant doesn't like to go into dark areas alone'

'So when can you get the photos of the right property for me?'
'Well my photographer is out taking other photos now so I'll ask him when he gets back in four hours and get back to you.'

Really, its no wonder I keep a bottle of the pills on my avatar close by hand.

I have no idea what format is provided to his virtual assistant. His virtual assistant is in the mid-west. He's on the east coast.
