I just got this email today...wondering if anyone has tried it, it might be real useful with all the "fair" condition REOs.

I know there is a book that is similar, but its like $1000.

I dont see why you need to spend the money on something like that. Im not a builder by any means, but I can look at a house and get a pretty accurate cost to repair stuff. I might be off a little, but I can come pretty close.

I saw this a year or so back and struggled with it then....the obvious is probably staring at me..

HOw do I get my totals? I plug in my numbers, how much of this and that I need...where does this calculate? How do I get my numbers??

I just tried it and it shows a grand total at the bottom of the list to the right of the Update, Reset, Print buttons. Perhaps it's your browser not supporting it.

But, I do thank you for the handy link. I like it.
