Anyone use Zilpy? Stumbled across it doing research about rental trends and acceptable rent charges. Looks professional and powered by Zillow to some degree. Some addresses it couldn't find though.

Can anyone speak to it's accuracy? Even if you just put in the address of one of your current rentals, is it's estimate close to what you successfully charge?

I checked it out for my building and found the rents to be fairly accurate.

I always check Craigslist to do comps... it is a "real-time" gauge rather than these numbers... I'm not sure where they are pulling these numbers from on zilpy.

I have used a site called "Rent O Meter", http://www.rentometer.com. It seems to be fairly accurate when I compare it to other information I find during my research.

your zilpy is pretty good -- oodle is feeding some misinformation on one that i found where it had the studio price in for the 2bed price - a differnce of $200
