Answering your question is difficult because you have not stated what your goals are regarding investemnt. If you are looking long term then a good rental or two or three is a good direction to go as long as you are aware of the downside of being the landlord. You can get some cash flow, offset some of your earned income and potential equity increase of the properties. If you just want to turn quicker profits then fix & flip may be a better option for you.
