Just double checking with y'all as we did this without a buyer's agent...

By the way, I hate painting and cleaning...

You should get a copy of everything you signed. I also agree, painting and cleaning is never fun!

Anything and everything that has your signature on it should have been provided to you as a copy. Also information on lead based paint if the home was built prior to 1978.
I don't mind painting or cleaning but I despise cleaning up after the painting is finished, by then I am much too tired to care if the brushes dry up.

Whatever you sign in the Title company you should have receive a copy. I usually higher people to paint and clean, no time to do it myself and I hate doing it.

I helped a buddy paint a house once, a few of us who refused to climb ladders and assigned to ground level painting drank as we painted. When all was said and done, we stepped back to admire the work there was a HUGE difference in quality between the drinking and the non drinking crew. HAHA!!

All information pertaining to the transaction including a copy of the comps provided while making an offer.

With regards to painting I let professional do it, so they can stay in business!

Yes, a buyer in any real estate transaction should receive a full copy of all documents they signed in his or her real estate purchase.

Document is governed by the laws of the State without regard to its conflict of law provisions. One should agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county .

OP said they did the transaction without a buyer's agent, so NOPE to the comps, or at least maybe nope to the comps. While a transaction broker can provide documentation (and that might include comps), they cannot provide advice. I have no problem at all with a transaction broker NOT providing comps!
