I made a program to go to my local township and download information about every parcel that exists and store it a database for analysis. It has information like beds, bathrooms, sale-price history, sq feet, etc... there's a lot of stuff here but it's not that accessible via the method given by the township. Now that it's in a database, I can do a lot of analysis on it.

Would this kind of info have any value to anyone?

If you're wondering, I think my tax accessor valued my house too high and I'm running an analysis too see what the comparable house sales have been over 3 years. No I have all this data, I'm not sure if I can make other use of it.
