Don't they have a new course everytime they hire a new Director of Field Agent Education ?

Do you think I should put I passed this on all of my BPOs?

Yes..Along with all of your certifications, your phone number and the message that you are willing to take the listing on. Every BPO should contain a short resume.

What a great idea SMG! You just made me think of something. If I save all of my certificates as a jpg I could upload them with the comp photos.

I actually do all of that with my photos. We can upload multiple external documents. All of my NABPOP stuff, GRI stuff, FARVV stuff....it makes for a slower BPO but it will pay off....

Trust me.

I always include a picture of my kids, grandkids, amd my dog, Spot. If that fails, as a last resort, I submit a picture of my ex-wife, in her prison uniform..........On the serious side........I would assume that lenders know most of us are seeking listings. With that being said, "if you provide a quality BPO, that is your resume".

too funny, Ben.

Wendy--if you are approved with FARVV, they will send you the link/info. Otherwise, you won't be able to access it.

I actually thought is was kind of interesting, now that I know how important me Capital Markets BPO's are, I will really kick it up a notch.

I just wonder where all this due diligence was during the Sub Prime crash.

It's funny that I have never taken #1, #2, or #3 and still get about 30 to 40 a month from them.

I like living on the edge......actually I asked one of the managers and he said that if you have a track record with them, they don't push the training on you.

I have done more than 2,500 BPOs for them.
