All of my NABPOP stuff, GRI stuff, FARVV stuff....it makes for a slower BPO but it will pay off.... Trust me.

If that fails, as a last resort, I submit a picture of my ex-wife, in her prison uniform..........On the serious side........I would assume that lenders know most of us are seeking listings.
