hey, currently i am living here in a suburban area where i share here a wonderful 2 family house with nonetheless my beautiful brother everythings been going well and soon he is going so, well my issues right now is that i was not living with him for too long but he is handing the house to me legally so,here my problem is that i live in the first floor and see my brother (owner of the house)had the top floor rented to a guy i have been familiar with, but have not really been into likes with him lately and it is for the simple fact that he is renting out the second floor by rooms(the guy who lives upstairs:no relation to me or my brother) my brother as far as i know did let him rent it out by rooms so thats what hes doing i dont know if there is an agreement thats suppose to be made for maybe 'sub-leasing'? because what i do know is that the guy in charge upstairs is always on time with his rent i dont know if perhaps he is living up there for free (which is aggrivating me) because downstairs we are missing out on mortgage payments at times, I THANK GOD we are back on track with the mortgage but how can i resolve everything so that no one is being taken advantage of and no one perhaps gets angry at me, i know it sounds foolish but i dont know how to explain it, really?
