It ain't complaining. It's just life. When I am knee deep in stu....it. I pick the 3 most crucial work things, put my family at the top of the list, give them the time they deserve, then I tackle what needs to be tackled. After that I find the left over stuff is very doable. Hey, we're busy, but 15% of the population can't get a job. We are blessed, IMHO. Crazy as it seems.

Doin'
Family first....great priority. Many years ago, I lost sight of that.....just keep bringin' the money in....Once I realized that I had my priorities backwards, life got better, when I corrected the problem. I have 4 great kids, all with careers, no alcohol or drug problems, nobody in jail. That's the best blessing any father could ask for. I thank God every day for them.

Joe to the red phone please ... I just wanted you to know that I visited a couple of different at Star Bucks today .. and just like you said they both were slammed with customers spending $$ ....
so I took survey … and it turns out 83.2 % of them were realtors ... just trying get caffeinated enough to keep up with the tsunami of bpos rolling in this week The majority of the customers were Realtors® that were there because they couldn't afford internet connection at home and were using the free WIFI

I can tell that there are several more agents on the bandwagon now - probably purchased a list and NO's AA & AF. I see orders disappear faster now the ever, and from companies they use to sit for hours on. On the other hand - they may get to them first - but I am confident I'll be fixing their problems as time goes by. Just say'in - a couple of orders today - more to do this weekend Pine: I would like to agree with you. The big unknown factor is the quality of the report done by the typical AAS (auto accepting software) BPO agent. I'm sure we all would like to think they turn in inferior than average work, to justify the rationale that over the course of time, AAS agents will be penalized for their questionable actions. While that philosophy is probable, I don't think it should be taken for granted. While I really don't work for "find work" or "F5" companies much anymore, from those that I know who do, it is getting next to impossible to get work w/o AAS. Instead of hoping that their work is inferior so they would be removed from doing BPOs, maybe we could hope that the mills change their assignment policy so that AAS no longer is advantageous. CCs assignment system I feel is perfect. Offer the top agent(s) the assignment in descending order of raking. That seems the most "fair" to me. (Then again define "fair" in life). The only other option would be to making mill's sites somehow not compatible to AA software to begin with. I fondly can remember the days when just a few years ago, companies like LA and EML would have orders sit on their site for over 24 hours during large blasts. Perhaps more agents doing BPOs has caused that to be a distant memory, but I personally think its more because of AAS. So perhaps in a warped way, some of the mills actually prefer AAS, as they don't need to worry about orders sitting for a extended period of time during large blasts. It’s the whole ying/yang thing of life, huh?

Seen multiple orders on my Blackberry from ORT, RRR and Evil yesterday. I am a little to busy with RE to take the cheap orders. Evil is looking for people to do desktops....They say that they already have the photos...I have translated this into...the last agent gave up after taking photos and looking at your form and calculating their pay by the hour!

Personally, I don't think I've ever been paid for one of their "desktops." Somehow they always "forget" those were done so they owe me a little over $100 from something like 18 months ago. I've asked and asked and well hey, they stole some of my life and they're not getting any more. Though I will occasionally do a few regular orders for these losers when I have nothing else going on (knowing I'll be waiting at least 6 months to see a check), I have stopped taking any "desktop" requests from Evil. I will not take them even if I haven't seen an order from a decent company in 2 weeks (that's rare, but ya know). Not. Worth. Bothering.

They have the photos from Google Street view and probably PhotoShop the address pics or are reusing photos from a prior report in their system.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
