I had a gal check her voice mail today (on a sunday!) and she called to say she will get me a good address for one she'd tried to assign me so would I please go online and accept it? I said sure! So I know I should get at least one tomorrow.

CW sent me 3 overnight. So there is a chance!

Were they new or automatic reassigns from someone who didn't finish them on time? That's generally what I receive overnight. You can generally tell by the order number, and sometimes the assign date is about 5-7 days old.

Y'all can have all my orders today. Maybe this week or month. A flurry of traditional RE activity started last week and I think its going to snowball from here!

I usually score some on Sunday night, but none last night. I did get one on Saturday though. Oh well, maybe today, if not, I'll enjoy the day off with my little one.

EML has been really really slow here on North Jersey. Am said they are slow now. :-(

one order today, so i went old school RE and started calling the data base and got a listing (non REO/short sale)!!! when one door is closed ya just have to find an open window.

I got a listing today. 2% listing commission with a 2.5 selling commission with a 35% referral. 400,000 condo :0 Not that big of a listing but im not complaining

Nice observation! The three orders I received from them last night are all dated 1/12/2010. They are all drive-bys. I hope this doesn't sound too critical, but how can agents not complete a simple drive-by CW by the due date?? Are some agents just that lazy? I realize things happen and a most common problem is people get sick, but now that you brought this to my attention I am going to watch these order dates more closely to see how many auto-assigns I get on a regular basis.

I get several a week this way, and am always amazed. Glad, but amazed!

Oh, brad, you made me laugh. Yes, a lot of people are pretty lazy, I think. This is a small town so sometimes I have a fairly good idea "who" didn't complete the order before me because the mileage from the office to the subject doesn't clear out. Have to shake my head sometimes.
