I also have about 80 orders unpaid dating back to October 6th.
How many Companies does that involve ?
I'm wondering why someone doesn't (or hasn't already) create a new business for
Collecting Overdue BPO Fees ?There are only so many Companies, and we have perfected collection methodologies that work with nearly every one of them. I have been successful in getting payment out of everyone EXCEPT Cartel . . . . but I guess they're dead, or re-incarnated as another sick enterprise.
Well, seeing as people keep coming out of the woodwork wanting to help:
take your photographs; or
select your Comps; or
write your comments; or
do your data entry; or
poll the platforms seeking new Orders . . . .
and any other mundane task you an think of.
WHY NOT someone who chases these puke faces down and squeezes the money they owe out of them ? How much would that be worth ?
At least it's a service we could use !Certainly some enterprising Attorney would be willing to help us prime the pump with the threat of a
Class Action Law Suit. If there are, say 1 Million Overdue BPO Fees Nationwide, might that be worth $5.00 per Order to pay a BPO Collection Clearing House ?
That's 5 Million Bucks. And maybe there could be some penalties assessed? Collection Agencies get to keep 25 to 40% of the bad debts they collect on . . . . so this would be cheap for the REALTORS® involved, and rightly so because there are only a few hundred Mills? and besides,
we know where they live !We could sell stock ! . . . .
it's a growth industry !Just an idea.
