Just got my brokers license and starting up new company. I am trying to find decent software that will allow you to track what agents are paying towards desk-fee's, etc.

Does anyone have any ideas short of creating my own on excel? Thanks!

I don't think you need a real estate specific software for this.

You (or perhaps your accountant) should be able to take one of the off the shelf accounting/billing programs and customize it with the categories you need for billing and tracking
