I am just wondering how much of the test is math questions? I am in GA but even so an average of your states exam would be helpful

I just can't completely wrap my brain around the math section it seems like

I started the pre-license course last week (state requries 75 hours) I have already completed that and I am scheduled to take my salesperson exam Thursday.

In PA there were only two or three math questions, that I recall.

When I took mine they had 4 basic questions. And my school's test was 3. :)

You will have more than just 1 or 2 questions on the Ga final test.

The test will be harder than the final test in pre-license class.

If you have not a good suggestion is going to Barnes and Noble and reading up on the national portion questions in the AMP book in the real estate section.

The test is comprised of over 100 questions made up of state and national questions mixed in with math problems. Most questions are multiple choice.

The best advice I can give is NOT to rush through it. If you are unsure and not 100 percent move on to the next question and come back to it. Later on by answering other questions you will eliminate previous choices in earlier questions and get those down to where you have a 75 to 100 percent chance of getting those correct now.

The ones after that you still don't know think about carefully and make an educated and not hasty guess.

All of these techniques will help you pass.

Good Luck

I was wondering the same thing as I will be taking the test within the next two weeks in Georgia as well. I've heard that it is hard and heard that it isn't too bad. Good Luck!

It depends on who you are. When I took it about 6 years ago I passed the first time. There were many people taking it there for the second or third time.I have always been an excellent test taker.

I could study 10 minutes before a test and make a 90 to 100. It always drove my school friends nuts.

Same here with me - I'm a good test taker! I passed w/ flying colors on my first try and took about half hour / forty five minutes (you have three hours! LOL)

Other people I know failed the first time, some the second and third time (now, that's determination to take it a 4th time!)

My real estate teacher told me about a guy he knew who failed the state test several times before he got it - but he went on to become an excellent agent (because we all know the test really isn't about how to be a good agent....lol) and eventually the president of his local board.
