I have been in the business for about three years now and feel like I am doing well. I have a strong internet presence, but the majority of clients I get are buyers. Not complaining about that at all.

I would however love to get a better system for listings. I like to read and I am currently looking for a book that may have sample propsecting letters in it and good info about getting listings. Does anyone have any suggestions of a good book? Thanks

First define what TYPE of listings you will be going after by subtype.

Each type has a specific approach to yield maximum results. You can use a one size fits all marketing system approach but you will get bad to mixed results instead of consistent high ROI returns.

Mostly Fsbo's and farming. There are not a ton of expireds in my area so I will not focus on them as much.

Look up colobroker on here. He is a farmer and works this niche.
