I nailed 10 orders, before Comcast went down....Ya just got to love it when the orders come in and you loose computer access.
Last night, MLS decided to take their service down....I can't wait to see how the rest of the week unfolds.....lol

What happens is: end of month, lots of closings, buyers who want to buy within 3 days (seriously, they're out of time, need to buy before weekend). I missed probably 18 today, but have to complete other 10, show 8 houses tomorrow and attend 2 closings tomorrow afternoon. Well, when rain is pouring, catch whatever you can :-)

Just finished a bpo order and need to go and get photos that I forgot, meeting with a new agent recrut today at 9:30, showing homes at 12 and need to put in a new listing by end of day.

I like to be busy but sometimes it drives me nuts.

Yesterday afternoon was nuts for me. 2 MMRs due, 4 interior reports, 12 random portal tasks, 7 offers to submit, 1 multiple offer notice to get delivered, 3 listings to update, 2 broker sign off sheets (I hate these!!), and 3 CDAs to get sent out. That was between 1pm and 5pm. The morning was spent taking photos and doing property checks. And agents wonder why I ask them to email instead of call and to give me 24 hours to respond. It's not because I'm sitting on the back patio drinking a beer.

I walked a heavily wooded 20 acres yesterday with my buyer...we submitted a offer several weeks ago and the bank finely warmed up to the offer...after the "hike" my buyer decided to hold off on signing addendums...I went home and sat on my patio and had a beer...LOL

Ditty- Sometimes waking up to a new day is the answer. I hope it works out for you with your buyer.
