Hi all,

1- I would like to ask what are the best colors to be used in designing a virtual tour or a slide show when promoting a property??

2- Do you think that the end user "the buyer' prefers simplicity or attractiveness?? in other words; does he prefer to load the page quickly and check few pick of the property or he may prefer waiting a little bit till a FLASH slide show begins "flash is dynamic and more attractive"

3- any thoughts or preferences regarding the tour themes and/or templates??

your feedback is much appreciated
Saleh

Not sure tours actually work; we tried it and the response (sales!) was nil.

My guess is that they prefer to browse many properties without taking too many tours (time ???)

The property tour are more of a listing tool than a sales tool; although some shoppers are motivated off the couch by what they see.

I think it all works but its interlinked.

why not be simple, fast, and attractive. that can happen.

like makeup; less is best.

I concur with Perky. Dont overwhelm the buyer with too much, just keep it simple and let the property sell itself.

The more time they spend on your website, the less time they spend with you, which means the less time you have to convert them to buyers/sellers.

Give them a clean, simple website. Market yourself. Gain a new customer.
