Hello all, I am wading my way through my first commercial transaction and am trying to understand what the typical binder/deposit %'s are on this side of the business.

We are looking to place a binder once the LOI is executed and then upon execution of the PA. Property is ~ $6.5M office building in CA.

What are the typical deposit amounts for these two milestones?
