The last 1/4 I had to really read the questions and answers before I answered and had to bring in logic, lol.
Reading the questions is good practice for really reading the contents of a Warranty Deed, a Restrictive Covenant, or the precise wording of a Right-of-Way. Evelyn Woods speed reading doesn't have much applicability in Real Estate.
When "real money" is involved, we have to go plodding along, Word by Word, Phrase by Phrase, Clause by Clause, ever so carefully . . . . just to avoid really screwing things up royally.
