I'm an aspiring agent and eventually broker. I want to set up an operation in Toronto. Can someone explain to me how to get involved with the larger companies. How does it work? Can you only have so many in one area? Can I also run a property management company still?
You buy a franchise for a specific area that doesn't overlap an area already owned by another brokerage and pay franchise fees. They all have different criteria, so you will need to check with each franchise to see what is what.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
