Anyone heard of these guys? Last month I did an initial secure, wintz and submitted a bid for an initial grass cut, but have not heard anything. The contact was someone who I dealt with in the past with in the past (she was with LandAmerica) and had no problems. Im getting concerned because initially she advised me to sign up on the website, but today she said send her the invoice because the site is not up.

I also received a call last month for an inspection, lock change and lawn cut. When I invoiced them they kicked back the invoice and said that since I did the lawn and locks I can't charge for the inspection (should have told me before hand). Have also done another lawn cut.
What I did was when I invoiced them, I put a stipulation as to when the payment was due.
Will let you know how it turns out.

I work with them and I can not say enough good things about them. They are GREAT to work with and pay promptly.

Well guys, I received my payment a couple of days ago.

Got BPO today from them, never heard or signed up and I don't know how did they find me. They sent me a generic login and password for the exterior bpo.

Are they ok to work with?

I received my check from them yesterday just as they said I would. I have only done a couple of jibs for them but they seem ok.

Same as above, got a call from a nice lady (she spoke English!) with Leading Edge yesterday afternoon with an interior bpo request in my area. I'd swear I haven't signed up with them but she said I did in December. Anyhow, $85 interior with an easy form and she said next Wednesday is no problem. And their website appears like they handle assets. Thanks to a little quick research on this website they appear to be legit. Think I'll pitch them for more work.

Yes they speak clear english and I can understand. I think they advertise here www.reoprep.com (leading edge to foreclosures) seems like there are a few different aspects to the business.
